You can disable voice guidance in the TV menu. To access the device settings, click "Menu" on the touchscreen remote control or select "Settings" in the lower-left corner of the home screen.
Next, you'll need to:
Go to the "Sound" section, then "Additional Settings."
Open the "Sounds" tab and manually set the desired volume level.
Save the new settings and exit the menu.
If you can't find the desired section manually, you can use the system settings search function, which is launched by clicking the "Magnifying Glass" icon located to the right of the "Settings" entry.
You can also disable TalkBack in another way:
Enter the TV's "Menu" using the corresponding button on the remote control or the icon on the "Home" screen.
Open the "Accessibility" tab in the "Device" section.
Go to "Voice Guides" and disable this option by setting it to "Off."
Save the settings you've created.
