you can also use kitsune race, no shrine of balance.
Scourger blade gets 500 - 600dps but is super slow.
you can use 1x frenzied iron slayer and 1x frenzied brawny iron slayer with frenzied atonement 1x frenzied raging slayer ring and vamp rage rune to begin, you can use human race for penance perk, or ork for the piercing.
