In this episode, I show several different audio demos of how I came to the conclusion of placing a single microphone (AEA N8 Ribbon) around a drum kit.
Using one microphone to record drums can be helpful when you need to record your whole band and you have a basic recording interface.
I wanted to explore how to get the best possible drum sound with just one microphone, so that it was passable as a "Good" drum sound.
