With my son's wrestling season coming to a close I am running around like crazy for tournaments. Conference, Regionals, Sectionals etc. Add on top of that football season (even though my team was dead in the water this year lol) I have been super busy on the weekends. So I decided to make a few SUPER quick and simple recipes. This Turkey Bacon Bundt-Wich is exactly that. It is simple yet totally kills it, and perfect if you are having a little Super Bowl get together.. and it has bacon =) lol, go ahead give this one a try. Makes: 8 Servings
2 Refrigerated French Bread Crust
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
8 Bacon Slices, Cooked
1 Avocado, Sliced
10 oz. Turkey, Sliced
1 Large Tomato, Sliced
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
