Video Overlay with Title Still | Premiere Pro Tutorial
Pretty easy tutorial today, but it might be something that can get overlooked. It's in Premiere Pro and it's how to use and title still as an overlay effect. The title still is helpful because it can use a gradient which gives a cool effect on the sequence in Premiere.
