Cinema 4d R19 + Voronoi Fracture + Octane Render
All we need is a simple sphere under Voronoi Fracture with rigged body tag, and in effector we pick Time with falloff, to add a small rotation/position, and under Time we put Plain effector to start animation with descaling our pieces by -1.
Pre animated cloth included.
