Twin Blower Shaft Repair Part 1
This short series will be about a pair of blower shafts that were went to me that both had worn down bearing journals. Both are in need of build up work and I'll be using my Eutectic TeroDyn flame spray equipment to do this. Part 1 consists of the lathe setups for both shafts. I will be using both of my lathes and will working on these shafts one after another.
Part 2 will follow up soon with the shaft prep work needed for the flame spray welding.
