If you are aiming for the "Fount of Knowledge" Trophy or simply getting all the chips in the game, please consider:
There are no missable chips.
Some chips can only be obtained after certain points in the story.
Some chips can only be obtained after leveling up the connection levels (stars) of certain facilities and then reading the email those facilities send you mentioning a "shiny thing" they saw.
I'm including the requirements each chip has in order to spawn in every video. :)
It is highly advised to start your chip hunting after you finish the main story and level up all or most facilities in the game.
