Completing dragon slayer II unlocks vorkath aka the profit dragon.
If you can’t afford a dragon hunter crossbow that’s okay because you can use an armadyl crossbow or a dragon crossbow and vorkath will still be easy. Of course, you won’t get the bonus from the dragon hunter crossbow, but you can grind vorkath and make a lot of money and then buy one.
