Green truck even greener
See the new Scania R 450 SCR with its great fuel performance. When Scania in 2013 introduced the Streamline, customers were assured that they could save up to eight percent in fuel consumption. That has been successfully delivered. Now Scania has tweaked the truck even further and squeezed out an additional three percent, a major saving for customers. An improved engine, a freewheeling retarder and a disengaging compressor are some of the developments that help reduce fuel consumption.
