1. Direct objects are the things that receive the action in a sentence. (I drive the car....car is the d/o)
2. Use (을/를) after a noun to indicate the direct object in Korean. 을 is for nouns with a 받침, 를 for nouns without.
수업 + 을 + 하다 = 수업을 해요 Do homework.
한국어 + 를 + 배우다 = 한국어를 배워요. Study Korean.
손 + 을 + 잡다 = 손을 잡아요. Grab hand.
The (을/를) shows what receives the action.
