I Can't Beleive It's Not ENB Comparison

I apologize for the annoying foliage stutter; I recorded at a lower FPS (25) and it shows.
ICIN-ENB being compared to a performance ENB; this is strictly a land comparison.
I personally found the ICBIN-ENB underwhelming (after using it for a couple hours) in comparison to Realvision; I received much better performance (60FPS) with ICBIN-ENB but Realvision still allowed me to play at a stable FPS I am comfortable with. However, ICBIN-ENB seems to go better with Climates of Tamriel and ELFX.
