Universal Madame Serris Build and Masteries | Raid: Shadow Legends
Madame Serris is one of the eaisest champions i have built in a while, mostly because she requires one main primary stat - Accuracy and one secondary stat - Speed.
This build will serve me well in PVE content but has to be speed tuned if intended to use in PVP.
