Although I picked this up a while ago, I waited until now to play it. I've already experienced it through a Let's Play far closer to the game's release. So I already know the twists and who the "murderer" is. I was tempted to enable assist mode, but by the time I get to my first Think level, I disable it and don't re-enable it for the rest of the game.
In this episode:
I deliberately trip up both of the "filters" the custom name has. One is if you try to use the name of an existing Sonic character. The other is a sort of "swears and slurs" filter, though it apparently also prevents you from using the word "Murderer" as your character's name. After naming my custom character after this alias I'm using (I hope you didn't think "Duscara Sheddinn" was my real name), I get started with the game. Fortunately, "Duscara" doesn't activate this game's filters. I was worried about that. Sonic is "killed" as per the rules of the game.
No copyright infringement intended. Steam lists Sega as both the developers and publishers of this game. Why is this video marked as made for kids? Because this game is apparently rated E for Everyone in the US.
