First go to the steam
go to Library
go to properties
then go to launch option and put -autoconfig
then it will fix issue hope so also give the command -fullscreen -full
or
-windowed

if there are updated version available
in case u have recently update your driver
then just roll back
like uninstall the recently updated version
and then search for one or
two version lower driver for your card
