Pabbly Integration With WordPress Form Using Webhook - Bit Form
This video will demonstrate how you will use webhooks to send data through Pabbly by Bit Form.
1. At first, select any existing form or create any form to use the webhook.
2, Now, go to the Pabbly dashboard & click on 'Create Workflow' & create a new workflow.
3. Search & select webhook.
4. You have to configure the webhook to connect with Bit Form.
5. Pabbly will automatically generate a URL & you have to copy that link. Follow the path :
Go to form settings ~ Confirmations ~ Webhooks ~ create a new webhook (if not any) ~ paste the URL on 'Link' ~ Choose the method "POST" ~ add URL parameter as key & value pair.
6. In the parameter option, select the form field name to send data through Pabbly.
7. Now, click on "Capture Webhook Response" on Pabbly to test if the Bit Form is connected or not. Also, test the webhook on Bit Form. If the connection is successful, you will see "Webhook executed successfully".
8. You can see the mapped form fields on the Pabbly dashboard.
8. Now, add the module you want to integrate with Bit Form. Here we have chosen Google Sheet.
9. Select the action event that will be performed on the sheet & configure it. Select the spreadsheet & sheet name you have already created on your google sheet account.
10. In the value section, select the names you have made for the initial test.
11. Click on the "Save" to activate the workflow & ensure the workflow status is on. However, you have to remember that how many webhooks you have created on BitForm. For the multiple webhooks, you have to set conditions logic to run webhooks properly. Please select your desired webhooks and test them on Bit Form.
