solve some setting maneged by your system administrator problem

1- write regedit on your searsh bar
2- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
3- switch all of value to (0)
4- go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
4- switch all of value to (0)
then restart you system
