Upside down pear pie made from cornmeal. Light biscuit with a nutty corn flavor that perfectly complements the fruit. It's an upside down cake. Pears and honey are placed on the bottom of the mold and poured with the mixture on top. If desired, the pie is served as a dessert with custard or whipped cream. It is better to eat the cake on the day of preparation, then it is the most delicious.
