Stuffed drying
Stuffed drying were very popular snack in 90th, when we only started their culinary experiments. They are similar at the same time on pizza, dumplings and pies, and combination sweet test and meat minced meat gives this dish a certain piquancy.
Drying - 300g
Milk - 500ml
Minced meat (beef, pork or chicken) - 300g
Bow onion - one PCS.
Garlic - one tooth
Parsley - small bunch
Sour cream - 150g
Cheese solid - 100g
Sauce tomato (or ketchup) - 2 Art. spoons
Salt, pepper - by taste
