EFFECTS OF USE
The diesel fuel additive "SDA" (stands for Suprotec Diesel Additive, pronounced "СДА") is a continuous-use product and is recommended for adding to fuel every time you fill up. Its main function is to clean and prevent contamination of the fuel system, extending its service life. The additive's composition provides a number of benefits to fuel system components:
Cleaning (flushing). The mild surfactants in "SDA" gradually and safely remove varnish deposits from injectors and high-pressure fuel pumps, preventing further contamination. This ensures long-term maintenance of the fuel flow capacity of pumps and injectors, ensuring proper sealing of mechanical components such as pump plungers, injector needles, and others.
Lubrication. The additive's lubricating components reduce wear in fuel system friction units, helping maintain nominal fuel pressure in the system and extending the life of the components within factory specifications.
Corrosion protection. The corrosion inhibitor prevents water molecules contained in the fuel and condensate from reaching the metal surfaces of components, protecting the fuel system from corrosion and wear.
Restoration of worn surfaces. The SDA diesel fuel additive utilizes Suprotec tribotechnology, which restores friction surfaces in fuel injection systems (plungers, injector needles, and valves), ensuring proper operation.
Cetane number adjustment.
The additive's combined effects improve fuel atomization and the formation of a proper fuel spray. This results in the following effects:

Easier engine starting, especially at sub-zero ambient temperatures.

The "SDA" diesel cleaning additive is specially balanced for continuous use. It is safe for fuel filters, including those inside injectors, as it removes contaminants gradually.
"SDA" does not alter the temperature properties of diesel fuel or reduce the effectiveness of anti-gel additives.
