But what is a chatbot?
#AI-based chatbots are #computer programs that simulate a conversation with a user using artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (#NLP). AI allows the chatbot to understand the user's intent, while NLP allows the chatbot to generate a natural response.
Personalization: User experience based on their interests and needs.
Types:
Rule-based: Respond to user input following a predefined set of rules.
AI-based: Learn and improve their responses over time.
