Today I’m going to show you how to create a rule when a task is marked complete. This is the sixth and final part of helping you manage your tasks and time, and see at a quick glance what tasks you need to work on. Everyone will need to set this up for themselves as the My Tasks tab is private to you. Let’s get started!
In a couple previous videos, I showed you how to create rules to help automate the movement of tasks. Here I will show you how to set up a rule so that when you complete a task, it will automatically move to the completed section.
Click on My Tasks in the top left.
Then click the Customize Button at the top right
Click rules
Click add rule
Select Task marked complete → Move task to a certain section
Click Move task to a certain section and select Complete.
Click create rule
Once the rule is created, you’ll see a lightning bolt next to the section.
Let’s try it!
I will mark this task as complete, and you will see it automatically moves to the Complete section.
This concludes the videos on how to manage your tasks and time, and see at a quick glance what tasks you need to work on through the My Tasks tab.
