Here, I discusses the importance of preparing ahead of time for the Tony Horton 22 Minute Hard Corps workout and weight loss program. She was chosen to test the program before its initial release on March 1, 2016 and found it to be highly beneficial, especially after reaching a plateau with her weight loss efforts 8 months after having her baby. As part of the 22 Minute Hard Corps prep, Hartke recommends that participants take photos, weight and body measurements before getting started so that they can track the progress from the beginning. The meal plan is easy to follow and prepare for as well in that no fancy preparation of foods or even specific food types are required. Participants will be able to change their health, body and overall mindset by following this program, which will give them the body and self-confidence levels that they have dreamed of.
So far, one month into this two month program, I've already lost 10 pounds and two pants sizes!
Starting March 1st, when the program launches, I'll be helping people through the program, start to finish!
