The indicator light is on continuously, flashing. When the user opens an application or copies data, the hard drive indicator light will be on continuously, flashing or not on, the hard drive is not working or in idle mode.
In case the computer is just started, the hard drive indicator light is on continuously, so wait about 60 seconds for this phenomenon to go away.
