Group Extensions Together to Help Manage Call Flows With b-hive
The Broadvoice b-hive cloud platform allows you to group extensions together to help with high volume or simply to keep things organized. This can be done when you want a certain department to receive calls, just select all numbers and when a call comes in, you can have all numbers to ring at once, set up for numbers to ring one by one using hunt, or have calls ring based on who’s the first available for the call.
Added features:
Customize music on hold: Upload your recorded greeting or use our text to speech option
Change the greeting types: Play message before a phone rings or play during
Strategy: First Available, Hunt or Ring All
Prepend Caller ID Name:
Name of the caller will show along with a prepended name based on your input. i.e. Sales: Donald Duck
Desktop Phone forwarding:
Forwarding rules will be honored when a member of a group has it enabled
Skip Caller:
If the caller is a member of the group, all lines will not ring.
Call recording:
Record all calls to a group
Ringtones:
Set specific ringtones for a group
