GTA 4 not launching fix Windows 10 + Simple GPU fix
In this video, I'm gonna show how to get GTA 4 to work in Windows 10 :0
Steps-
1-Go to your 'GTA 4' folder
2-Open notepad and save settings (which are given below) as .txt
-norestrictions
-availablevidmem 10000.0 (Play around and find)
-height 1080
-width 1920
-stereo
-framelimit 0
-refreshrate 144 (omit if you don't have)
-novblank
-fullscreen
-noprecache
-forcer2vb
-noswapdelay
-usedirectinput
3-Fondle around -availablevidmem (Yours might differ depending on your GPU:Trick-Put one of those & see 10.0, 5.0, 20.0, .......
4-Don't forget to paste the commandline to the same folder of your game!!
5-Launch ( enjoy)
5-Go ahead N Subscribe (It will do you no harm)

2) If it didn't work ------
If you have EFLC then don't forget to delete the asilog.txt and the EC_List.txt file if you have them in your folder !!!
