Hands On With SIG Sauer’s New XM8 Carbine
At DSEI 2025 I had the chance to handle SIG Sauer's product improved M7, this video gives an overview of the changes made to the rifle and runs down some of the information SIG shared with me.
20 March 2026: it appears that the US Army is set to classified the SIG M7 PIE carbine as the XM8.
