Ranch powder
Now this can be all dry seasonings. Imma try it with fresh one day. It possible, blend all of these in a blender to to make it more of a powder consistency!
3 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dill
2 tablespoons chives
1.5 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Chicken bacon ranch pasta
2 chicken breast sliced in half vertically
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (see above)
Thick cut bacon (the more the better)
For the sauce
2 cups half and half
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon fresh chopped garlic
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh dill
2.5 tablespoons ranch seasoning
1 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup provolone
Melt the butter, add garlic stir for about 1 min. Add flour and stir for 1 min. Add half and half and cook down. After about 4 or 5 mins, half and half should be getting thick. Now add seasonings. If its too thick add about a 1/2 cup of pasta water. Cook down for 2 more mins, turn heat to low and add cheese. Cook 1 min and turn heat off. Add pasta and stir. Add chicken, bacon and mozzarella cheese, stir and plate that WAP and enjoy!
