Important Note: After replacing the screen, you may need to perform a force restart to ensure the new screen is working. Follow these steps:
Quickly press and release the Volume Up button.
Quickly press and release the Volume Down button.
Press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

[00:00:17] Remove the two P2 screws from the bottom of the iPhone 16 Pro Max using a screwdriver. This is the first step in the iPhone 16 Pro Max screen replacement process.
[00:00:25] Heat the iPhone 16 Pro Max screen for 10 minutes using a heater to soften the adhesive, crucial for screen removal.
[00:01:23] Use a thin metal pry tool to pry from the bottom of the iPhone 16 Pro Max screen, ensuring careful detachment.
[00:01:43] Employ a Jimmy from iFixit to pry off the iPhone 16 Pro Max screen due to strong adhesive.
[00:02:08] Use a metal pry tool around the edges of the iPhone 16 Pro Max to fully detach the screen.
[00:04:08] Remove the two Y000 screws, color-coded in yellow, from the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
[00:04:37] Use a plastic spudger to disconnect the iPhone 16 Pro Max screen and proximity sensor.
[00:05:09] Clean up the adhesive on the iPhone 16 Pro Max with an adhesive removing tool for a proper new screen fit.
