Week #4 - "Consistency is key"

Goals:

Attend a group coaching session or watch a group session by recording
Complete one exercise or worksheet
Practice your morning routine
Hey, you're almost a month in. How's it going? Are you starting to notice areas of improvement? Or maybe life is conspiring to keep you from really even attending to the training?

Here's the thing, it doesn't really matter in the long run if you've not been able to really dive in just yet. Of course I hope you're seeing clear signs of improvement and you're developing new confidence and hope for the future. However, health is a long game.

What is going to get you results is consistency.

Consistently asking what is working and what is not. Consistently looking for an area you can make the next 1% improvement. Consistently adjusting to new challenges that arise. Some days and some seasons you'll have more energy and time for this, others less so. That's expected.

Remember:

It's the people who follow the program who get the results
It doesn't have to be perfect
As you build curiosity and awareness about your own behavior, one tool you can use that will be powerful is called The Formula for Success:

Notice your behavior, so you can
Understand yourself better, and
Use this information to increase your likelihood for success
For your action plan goals, you can find exercises and worksheets inside the Lessons of the Beat Prediabetes Fast Start Program or scattered throughout the 5 steps to building a sustainable healthy eating plan.

Cheers,

Dr. Topher Fox
