★ 6 g or 2 teaspoons baking powder
★ 1 g or 1/3 teaspoon salt
★ 15 g or 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
★ 140 g or 3/4 cup fine grain sugar (any color)
★ 150 g or 1 cup ¼ of normal all-purpose flour
★ 140 g or cup of cream
★ 30 g, 3 c/day or ¼ cup of cocoa
