I sat down with Phil and we talked about how he started an AI automation agency with no coding background and landed a $50,000 consulting contract by simply starting with people he already knew. He shares how he first built voice agents in GoHighLevel, then used Claude to help create proposals, pricing, contracts, and client solutions.
