Everything Bagel Ingredients:
Flour: 3 cups
Water: 1 cup + 2 tbsp (100F)
Salt: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Active Yeast: 1 1/4 tsp
Instructions:
Prepare the dough.
Divide and shape 8 bagels.
Proof the bagels, 15 warm/15 freezer.
Boil for 1 minute on each side and sprinkle with toppings.
Bake the bagels at 425F for 25 min.
