easy espasol 3 ingredients only | how to make espasol with 3 ingredients only
Espasol is a traditional Filipino sweet delicacy made from toasted glutionous rice flour, coconut milk, and sugar. The toasted rice flour gives it a slightly nutty flavor, while the coconut milk adds richness and sweetness. After mixing the ingredients, the mixture is shaped into cylinders or logs and rolled in toasted rice flour to prevent from sticking together. The result is a deliciously chewy and slightly grainy treat that's enjoyed by many Filipinos. To make it special, add young coconut strings or jackfruit. It will add flavour to it.
Espasol is like filipinos' version of mochi.
