I've selected a series of Gwent matches with a Skellige Rage of the Sea deck based on Rioghan, Fulmar and Fucusya to get a lot of points via storm and if not possible, just rain. The aim is to use Fucusya with a bronze like Little Havfrue to get as many turns of rain as possible on one of your opponent's rows, in order to deal a lot of damage by bringing Rioghan with the help of Sigrdrifa's Rite or even Bride of the Sea. Melusine is also invited to the party, together with Skellige's defender card for extra protection.
Weaknesses of this deck might be inability to control your opponent and destroy dangerous engines. But I have had a lot of fun and also some success playing this, getting it at 2425 in Pro Rank, while not playing that many matches with it.
Matches:
00:00 Drowning Scoiatel Nature's Gift
17:00 Against Skellige Blaze of Glory, a lucky narrow victory
36:42 Short comment about decks encountered in Pro Rank
38:01 Defeating Skellige Reckless Flurry with a lot of removal (too much)
Deck, adapted to 9.6 (adjust to your needs):
