Did you know that in Project Zomboid singleplayer, it is possible to fast forward time while doing time-consuming actions? Think about speeding up time while cooking, reading a book, or restoring endurance while sitting on the ground. Press f2 to pause the game, f3 to return to normal speed, and f4, f5 or f6 to put the game speed on 5 times, 20 times, or 40 times of the default value. Just be extremely wary of your surroundings while speeding up the game. And make sure to check your settings to have this option enabled!
