[COVER] Moonlike Smile (Genshin Impact) | Acoustic Guitar & Violin Ver.
I forced myself to comply with some artificial limitations when I first started making Genshin Impact music covers - one of these limitations was that I should only use guitars and no other instruments. Because of that, my first cover - Moonlike Smile - used acoustic guitars exclusively and this may have hindered my creativity.
This new version is how I would have made the cover without the limitations I imposed on myself. Considering I already broke the "rule" with my Moon in One's Cup cover, I thought I'd go back and give Moonlike Smile the same treatment.
It's not much different besides the new violin part but I think just adding the violin really brings out a lot of emotion for this arrangement. I'll be keeping the guitar-only version - which I still like, to be honest - but this one has become my definitive Moonlike Smile cover.
The artwork on the cover is official Genshin Impact art from Mihoyo.
