🚀 Welcome to Yalla Salesforce!
In this video (Episode 39), we covered advanced automation topics using Flow Builder. We explored how to automate business processes without user interaction using Autolaunched Flows, and how to run flows on a recurring basis using Scheduled Flows. The session featured real-world applications such as cloning records, creating child campaigns, validating data, and sending automated alerts.

🎯 Perfect for:
Beginners starting their Salesforce journey
Admins and Developers building automation without code
Anyone preparing for the Salesforce Associate or Administrator Certification

📌 What You’ll Learn:
💡 The Power of Autolaunched Flows
Autolaunched Flows run silently in the background, without needing manual interaction or even a trigger within the flow. They are perfect for behind-the-scenes automation and can be invoked via custom buttons, other flows, Apex, API, or Agentforce.

🧠 Running Flows from a Custom Button
We learned how to create an Autolaunched Flow with input variables.
Designed a Custom Button in the Case Object and used URL Parameters to pass record values to the flow.
Specified a return page after execution to enhance user experience.

🧪 Practical Use Cases
Clone Case: An Autolaunched Flow that clones a closed case and returns to the original record
Child Campaigns: Flow that takes input from a parent campaign and creates a related child campaign
Scheduled Flow: Counts high-priority open cases and stores the result in a custom object called Archive Matrix

🎓 Understanding Flow Scheduling
We clarified the difference between using a Scheduled Path inside a Record-Triggered Flow versus building a standalone Schedule-Triggered Flow.

🧩 Using the $Record Global Variable in Scheduled Flows
We leveraged the $Record global variable to process records in batches. By defining the object and filter in the Start element, $Record became available across all flow elements.

🧭 Monitoring Scheduled Flows
We demonstrated how to monitor scheduled flow runs and determine when the next execution will occur using Scheduled Jobs in Salesforce Setup.
