howto fix PSD thumbnail plugin issue
Photoshop is not needed.

PSD thumbnail plugin may not work.
In such a case, you need to run the registry file (save the psd...reg file attached in the archive) with "run as administrator" as the video explains the steps one by one.
This process is quite simple.
(Do this if the PSD plugin does not work after installation. Otherwise, it is not necessary. This reg file fixes a simple system problem. "The system does not recognize the PSD file type. In this case, you need to run this reg file as in the video.")
Also make sure that you run the PSD plugin installation in "run as admin" mode.
