Format: MP4
Codec: H.264
Resolution: 1080×1920
Frame Rate: Match timeline
Bitrate: 10,000–15,000 kbps
Encoding: High, CABAC, Multi Pass
Color: Rec709 / Gamma 2.2

Important Tip:
Make sure “High Quality Uploads” is enabled in your Instagram settings to avoid additional compression.
