What is a sentence? #sentence| Sentence ka kya matlab hai
When we speak or write we use words. We generally use these words in groups; as,
We want to learn English.
A group of words which makes complete sense is called a 'Sentence' .
A sentence always contains a subject and a verb. It always begins with a capital letter. It has a full stop (.), a question mark (?) or an exclamation mark (!) at the end.
جب ہم بولتے یا لکھتے ہیں تو الفاظ استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ ہم عام طور پر یہ الفاظ گروپوں میں استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ جیسا کہ
We want to learn English.
الفاظ کا وہ گروپ جو مکمل معنی رکھتا ہے اسے 'Sentence' کہتے ہیں۔
ایک جملہ ہمیشہ ایک مضمون(سبجکٹ) اور فعل پر مشتمل ہوتا ہے۔ یہ ہمیشہ بڑے حرف سے شروع ہوتا ہے۔ اس کے آخر میں ایک فل اسٹاپ (.)، سوالیہ نشان (؟) یا ایک فجائیہ نشان (!) ہوتا ہے۔

Now look at these group of words:
) I everyday school go.
ii) I go to school everyday.
Number (ii) is a sentence but number (i) is not.
Both are groups of words but only number (ii) makes complete sense.
نمبر ( ii ) ایک جملہ ہے جبکہ نمبر (i ) جملہ نہیں ہے۔
حالا که دونو الفاظ کے گروپ ہیں لیکن صرف نمبر ( ii )ہی مکمل معنی رکھتا ہے۔
