The Battle Cats - Dr. Heaven's Time Between Attack

Spica put the wrong TBA for Dr. Heaven which is supposed to be 8s long. As result, her DPS is only 5,758.
It's clear that she has the same attack rate with Bora (8s). So, the correct theory for TBA is including attack animation.
As you can see in the video, she couldn't handle one of the most famous stage that needs good DPS to beat it.
