[Spoiler Alert] Defeat Field Annihilation Array | Genshin Impact 3.1
First finish the "Golden Slumber" quest that can be started in Aaru Village. After a daily reset, head back to the statue of the seven in Aaru Village to stat the "Old Notes and New Friends" quest. At the very ends of the quest would be "Great Hall of Truths" and that's where you'll fight this boss...
