Strength is an asset most people covet. It would be so much fun if we could flex our muscles and maybe occasionally lift a plane right? Well, today we will share with you ten people who have incredible strength and almost nothing is impossible with them. Now his is one fella you don’t want to mess with. At the gym people who can lift anything more than 100 pounds are likely to show off. It’s not every day you meet someone who can do that, plus even lifting 50 pounds is hard enough. But, for this muscled up guy, such weights would be as easy as picking up a piece of paper. I mean the man can pull a plane weighing not just one but 183 tonnes. In case you don’t know a tonne is a thousand kilograms which are about 2000 pounds, so he pulled more than 400,000 pounds in weight. He is currently holding the title of the heaviest aircraft pulled, no one has beat his record yet! He also pulled eleven cars. Just saying!

You might have seen this guy on Youtube, he has his own channel with about a million followers. His strength is beyond impressive and he does some unbelievable challenges that no regular man can. In one of them, he lifted a 100-pound canon with his bare hands with no help! 1000 pound is equivalent to ten adults. The shape of it made it even harder to lift as it doesn’t have any handles so anyone attempting to carry it has to hoist it up by hugging its whole mass.
All the other contestants who happen to be world record holders couldn’t even lift it past their shoulders! One dropped it claiming he was scared if he tried to lift it his biceps would rip apart. As for Brian, it wasn’t so hard for him, he lifted it as though it was any other weight you’d find at the gym. What a champ!

I bet you’re wondering if these people are normal! Well, if you train as hard as they do and strict to their strict diets you too can be one of them! In fact, if you want to be like the next guy coming up, you better consume as much protein as you can and start training for at least eight hours every day.

He is one of the strongest men in the world for lifting a remarkable 260 pounds of weight. If you look closely he doesn’t appear to be struggling as much. In fact, you would think he’s lifting about 20 pounds! You don’t want to mess around with this guy!

He was born in Poland in 1883, and by the age of three, he was already displaying his strength to his peers. At one point he was able to free himself from a heavy iron rod that had fallen on him in his father’s shop. Everyone was amazed and news spread across the whole town. What this toddler did could only be done by two grown men. As he grew older he continued getting stronger. He was expelled from school severally for picking on his mates. His nickname in school was Hercules, no one dared pick a fight with him as it would end up in a thorough hospitalising beating.
He later joined the circus and this is where he became a worldwide sensation. He was known as teh world’s strongest man for lifting incredibly heavy bars, biting through chains and tearing horseshoes apart with hisown bare hands!One of his most remarkable acts was tearing through solid steel sheets.
