Ibn al-Qayyim said:
“The Quran is a perfect cure for all illnesses of the soul and body, illnesses of this world and the hereafter, but not everyone succeeds in achieving healing through it. If a patient has skillfully used it (the Quran - Ed.), has turned it against the disease with fidelity and faith, with full consent and conviction, and has fulfilled all its requirements, then the disease will never be able to resist it.”
