Not counting Thaumaturge, you might need to boost your units a little more particularly li'l eraser and ramen cat.
To emphasize that mina and sniper strategy, well it's really simple. Mina doesn't move forward and becomes immobile when attacking especially at midpoint so firing the cat cannon in that specific timeframe will push back the enemies a little notably li'l mohawk making him less likely to hit your Mina stack esp in the first encounter. This is extremely crucial as you will maintain the total firepower of their combined attacks to take out professor A. and teacher bear as quickly as possible.
★ 3 Professor A will spawn approximately 126.67 sec interval for the entire stretch. Kill the first one ASAP or else you're cooked. Best unit to counter that mf is prisoner cat but ngl tho realistically nobody wanna wait until January to get that. Might as well use other LD cats instead.
For replacements; try coin, pumpcat, kyubey, gold, awa odori, brainwashed cat and wall, cabaret, glass, catburger, chalkboard eraser, haniwa, gold brick, ramen, jiangshi, stone, suntan, and expensive ones like madame bride or talented riceball.
