Resuscitation of the pressure boosting station
The video tells about repair of the Wilo COR-1 MHIE 403 pressure boosting station. At some point, the unit simply stopped turning on. When contacting the service, it turned out that the built-in frequency converter was to blame, and the pump and electric motor were in good condition. During the repair, the built-in frequency converter was replaced with an external Mitsubishi FR-CS82S-100-60.
The second part of the video tells in sufficient detail about setting up the PID controller built into the frequency converter.
