The policy was introduced six weeks ago after the current administration found that an increasing number of illegal migrants were using their children to avoid arrest while attempting to enter the country. The experience of migrants coming over the border from Mexico to the US has been documented for the past decade by the award- winning Getty photographer, John Moore.
