In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to install and use Lutris to run popular Windows game launchers on Linux, allowing you to play many Windows-exclusive games using Wine and Proton compatibility layers.

Lutris is a powerful universal gaming platform that integrates game launchers, emulators and compatibility tools into a single easy-to-use interface.

Step 1 — Install the Latest GPU Drivers

Before installing Lutris, make sure your graphics drivers are fully updated.

Updated drivers are essential for:

• Improved Wine compatibility

Step 2 — Install Lutris

Download Lutris:
