How to split screen on Android from any screen? press the menu button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold for a moment until the recent apps appear. Swipe to find the first app you would like view, then tap the app icon. Tap open in Split screen view. Choose the other app that you want to view and tap the app icon. You will see both apps in Split screen. Tap and drag the line between the windows in either direction to adjust how much screen space each app can use. To leave Split screen View, tap the home button or use the back gesture. You can also open an app in Popup View. Tap the app icon, then tap open in popup view. To move this popup window around the screen, tap and drag the bar at the top of the window. Tap the bar at the top of the popup window. Here you can minimize the window, expand it to full screen, change the transparency, or close the window.
